In the wake of our recent expansion into North America, we were thrilled to announce our appointment of Tom Shen as Chairman to the global board of directors.
We're delighted to share that Tom Shen has been appointed as chair of BankiFi's global Board of Directors. As chair of the board, Tom will oversee top-level decision making and developments to help us grow, globally and fulfil our mission to provide innovative embedded banking platforms for small and medium businesses.

About Tom
Tom is a huge name in the financial and technology industries; serving as the chief executive officer, board chairman, and major shareholder in many companies around the world. Tom founded Software Dynamics, Inc. (SDI), and has over 30 years of expertise in the financial services technology sector. He also currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Digital Insight. Tom is not only a well-known industry leader, but a well-respected individual who has managed the development of and launched a number of game-changing online services as well as handling the operations, engineering, and product management of such projects over his successful career.
